The PANLAR Accreditation Committee leads the certification system for Centers of Excellence in Rheumatology in Latin America. This program ensures high standards of quality in medical care, continuous education, research, and clinical management.

Originally focused on Rheumatoid Arthritis, the project has evolved into a pathology-based accreditation model, opening new pathways for specialized centers in various rheumatic diseases.

Currently, the system includes accreditation tracks for:

• Rheumatoid Arthritis
• Spondyloarthritis
• Psoriatic Disease

This progressive approach strengthens comprehensive care for each condition, promotes continuous improvement, and highlights clinical excellence across the region.
